Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (illness, urgent travel for family or health reasons, duly justified) that are reported within the following timeframes:

•⁠ ⁠72 hours before the presentation for the Dinner + Show option.

•⁠ ⁠48 hours before the presentation for 2nd, 3rd category and general ticket.

Only in these cases, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

2. Cancellations outside the deadlines or non-presentation:

For cancellations made outside the aforementioned deadlines or if the client does not show up for the event, no refund will be issued.
