REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure. This is under circumstances beyond one's control only, such as sickness, family or health related last-minute emergency flights (properly justified), as long as cancellations take place at least 72 or 48hrs before the start of the performance, as indicated below:
• Show & Dinner: 72hrs prior to the event.
• 2nd, 3rd row, and General Admission tickets: 48hrs prior to the event.
Under circumstances of force majeure only notified within these deadlines, you are elegible to a 50% refund.
2. Unjustified cancellations and those notified passed the stipulated deadline or No Show are non-refundable.
